After giving up my study room to KJ, my biggest problem was books storage. My books has been in my store room until I empty and repack my store room. I left my books in the living room until I have dismantle my grey billy shelf, saw them to the correct length and repaint them to white colour to match my wall. I was surprise that the hole under my window could contain so many books.
I was about to give away all those architectural magazine at the bottom of the shelves until I need them for the support of this DIY book shelve. I have wrapped them in plastic sheets so that they will not get wet if I mop my floor. I have given away lot of books and downgrade from 2 tall Billy bookshelves to a DIY shelves under my window.
